Step 1 - Phone, email or book online

The best way to make a booking is online so that we can capture all the necessary booking details otherwise phone or email us and we will run through the booking.

Step 2 - Confirm the order with the customer via phone or email

We will give you a call or send you an email to verify the booking details and determine the best way to pick up h

Step 3 - Get Keys and perform inventory services

We shall collect the keys at a suitable time from either the landlord, letting agent or meet you at the property and perform either the inventory make, check-in , check-out or property guide. If it's a check-out then we will arrange a suitable time with the tenant.

Step 4 - Email the inventory to the customer

Once the inventory has been typed up then it will be emailed out to the landlord and or tenant or letting agent.

Step 5 - Customer makes payment

We will then send out an invoice by email and mail which is when the customer pays for the inventory services
